The church, which has strong links with the past, <see Church History> still thrives and prides itself on its warm friendly atmosphere.
We seek to offer meaningful and lively praise and worship to God, assisted by the accomplished playing of our fine organist, and to continue to show His love in our daily lives and in the community at large. The good news is of the arrival in March 2005 of Rev. Michael Maclachlan, whom we welcome as Resident Minister, and his wife Kit. If you would like to learn more about us, or to talk about any problems or concerns, do call in one Sunday morning and speak to one of our Churchwardens, Margaret Neale or Judith Davies.
Bookings for baptisms and weddings are made through the Peel Churches Office at St Paul’s Fazeley (01827 289414 weekdays 9am –1pm).
During the year we invite everyone in the village to join us, for instance, on local walks, the Harvest Supper with entertainment, and Christmas events. Our St Peter’s Post newsletter is delivered from time to time to all village homes, as well as seasonal invitations.
We would love to see you!
